The Flip effect: How Bauder connects all employees
Paul Bauder GmbH & Co. KG has been using the Flip employee app since fall 2020. Previously, it was not possible to inform production and office employees equally and simultaneously.
Using the app, management can now communicate and interact digitally with all employees at the various locations in Europe on a daily basis. In this way, the workforce also receives much more information about current events in the company, such as the latest customer projects or new personnel. In addition, employees now have the opportunity to share pictures, ideas and suggestions for improvement. There are also plans to expand the existing app to include tools such as shift planning, time recording and vacation management. "Thanks to Flip, we arrived at a modern internal corporate communications system", clarifies Tim Bauder, Managing Director Marketing & Sales.
"With one click, we can reach all employees at our various sites in Europe at the same time. For example, we can capture the construction progress of our latest customer projects directly with images and send it to the entire workforce."
