Kiosk queues and email chaos

Most of the people working at Bosch’s many production facilities don’t have PCs, company phones, or emails. But they still need to check payslips, request vacation, and stay informed.

For decades, Bosch relied on shared kiosks to support those processes and deliver critical information. But kiosks created long lines; associates wasted their precious break schedules and still left uninformed.

Several sites replaced physical kiosks within months, while others saw queues dramatically reduce. By introducing direct access to key info and tools, associates get what they need, when they need it, without wasting valuable time.
